Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, fresh grapes, shaved watermelon radish, roasted chickpeas, shaved parmesan with a tropical Paradise vinaigrette

Sliced golden potatoes slow cooked with decadent cream, swiss cheese and garlic


Roasted Rainbow Vegetables with Farro and Herb Crème Fraich

Colorful Tri-color carrots roasted with watermelon radish, parsnips, rutabagas over warm whole grains finished with light herbed crème fraiche
